This website describes KnoxByte’s technology consulting scope. Information is general and must be assessed against the requirements of a particular environment.

Service engagements

An enquiry does not establish a service agreement. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, support arrangements and acceptance criteria are agreed separately in writing. Security testing requires explicit written authorization and agreed rules of engagement.

Technical information

Architectures shown are conceptual. Platform capabilities, licensing and supported configurations should be verified for the selected versions before implementation. No statement on this site guarantees security, availability or a particular business outcome.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the enquiry form, attempt unauthorized access or submit material that infringes another party’s rights. Vendor and product names belong to their respective owners and do not establish a partnership tier.
